This ten apartment redevelopment consisted of a three level complex that was fully renovated and remodelled to become a modern, contemporary complex that was quickly sold out.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, open plan living area, new modern kitchen with feature stone bench tops, glass splashbacks and European appliances, upgraded bathrooms and ensuites. Airconditioning, services and security were all upgraded and new Euro style laundries added.

All internal common areas, fencing, landscaping and parking areas were fully upgraded.

The final result was a stylish and modern complex that complimented the central Armadale location.
